1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for all products purchased from https://nirmaanglass.com under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us
- Email us at sales@nirmaanglass.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- for all material shipped we request our customers to received the product only when the package is found intact and with no visible damage. .
- Customer is requested to open the package immediately on receipt of material and make a video, along with photos of the product in case they find any damages and report to us within 48 hours.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
b. Return Authorization
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
- Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
c. Packaging and Shipping
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
- we shall ask our logistic partner to collect the item from your end and return the same to us.
3. Return Conditions
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
- for all items where replacement is required the same shall be processed on priority.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
a. Refund Method
- Refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.
- In case where the error is on our part we shall refund the whole amount.
- In case where the customer has changed his mind, we shall deduct the cost of shipping and refund the balance amount. Usually minimum cost of shipping is around INR 800.00 per package.
b. Timeframe
- Please allow time for the refund to be credited after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email sales@nirmaanglass.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
- If replacement is approved, then the replaced order will be delivered within 10 business days.
- if refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account with-in 7 – 10 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
