Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Understand Nirmaan’s full range of glass, plywood, and allied products to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance quotas.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new industry developments.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in a CRM system.
